This project resulted from the renovation of the old Alcohol Distillery factory, a building constructed at the end of the 19th century by a collaborator of the engineer Gustave Eiffel. It has a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove, oven, as well as a wide variety of small appliances: toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Dining room prepared for 8 people and a living area with sofa and flat-screen TV, overlooking the river. This apartment also has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites with private bathrooms, prepared to accommodate 4 people in 2 king-size beds, and another bedroom with 1 double bed, along with an additional service bathroom. With the sofa bed in the living room, this apartment can comfortably accommodate a total of 6+2 people. It is definitely a luxurious and elegant apartment, ideal for spending a few peaceful days, with fantastic views over the Douro River and the city of Porto.
